Wardsperson – Casual Armidale Hospital

About the Role:

The Wardsperson provides assistance with patient personal hygiene, patient transfers, care of the deceased, and movement of ward supplies and equipment to support clinical staff in the delivery of patient care.
You will provide a wide range of patient-focused duties, including cleaning and administration.
You will receive support from direct managers and a highly supportive team.
You will be able to work with a variety of Clinical and Non-Clinical Staff.
We have ongoing casual shifts, join us and learn the trade!

What we are looking for in you:

You can demonstrate a solid understanding of how hospitals operate.
Previous experience as a ward person can be advantageous.
Access a well-organised training program at the beginning of your employment, with ongoing learning opportunities throughout your time with us.

This is a Category A position.
