Clinical and operational management experience at a senior level within a healthcare environment.
A positive, proactive, and efficient person who is proficient in building supportive professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on leading the provision of high-quality patient care and leading by example to promote a positive workplace culture.
Enjoys working as part of a high-performing team overseeing health care services across the Tablelands Region.

Your Support:

Reports to the General Manager, Tablelands Sector, with professional lead support from the Director of Nursing & Midwifery, Tablelands Sector. Supported orientation to occur with education opportunities available with the commencement of the role.
