Where you’ll be working:

We are a Multi-Purpose Service including an Emergency Department and 13 residential care beds in northern NSW. We have a dedicated multidisciplinary team which comprises of Registered, Endorsed, Assistant in Nursing staff and Community Health Nurses plus visiting Allied Health staff. All who are supported by our administration officer. We have a positive and supportive workplace culture, which promotes inclusion and caring within a team.

About the job: Vegetable Creek Multi-Purpose Service has an opportunity available for a administration officer to join our team temporarily part-time to cover maternity leave relief, and/or as a casual.
You will be supported by and work in partnership with our fulltime Administration Officer to work both independently and part of a team.
Tasks will include customer service, using computer software programs, medical records handling and supporting the team in problem solving.
About You: We are looking for a positive, motivated and reliable staff member to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team. They need to be able to follow instruction, escalate concerns and demonstrate excellent communication.

Your Support:

You will be provided one on one orientation both to the facility and to the position. On the job task specific training will be provided.

This is a Category B position.
