We are currently seeking an experienced leader to undertake the role of Stakeholder and Communications Manager. The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality stakeholder engagement and communications advice, planning, delivery and review. Leading a small team, you will be proactive and informed on emerging issues enabling you to lead internal and external engagement and communications that support the successful delivery of RFCS NSW programs.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

5+ years’ professional experience in a senior stakeholder and communications role combined with a qualification in communication, public relations, marketing or related discipline
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication strategies engaging a range of stakeholders
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to think and act at a strategic level whilst leading and inspiring high performance within a small team
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and advisory skills including the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders to create buy-in and achieve support for new approaches/initiatives
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Highly developed management and administration skills in the efficient and effective management of people, projects, service providers and financial resources
Ability to be self-motivated, responsive and flexible in an environment with time pressures and multiple priorities
Ability to problem solve, work flexibly and collaboratively within a team environment

A remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant commensurate with skills and experience. Full time or part time employment will be considered. There may be an opportunity for employment beyond the initial term.
