About the role
It’s an exciting time to join the Ag industry! Our client has identified a new opportunity within their organisation to develop and implement Sales strategies for their Seeding and Tillage products through their dealer network in regional New South Wales and Queensland.
As Territory Sales Manager, you will be charged with increasing dealer sales through dedicated programs and procedures for the assigned territory; supporting and helping the dealers to ensure maximum market share is achieved in all segments; working with the dealer network to ensure a professional image is presented to the market through dealer standards and quality programs.
This is a field based role and can be performed from any reasonable location within Regional NSW north to the Queensland border.
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in a Sales or Sales Management role and a knowledge of Agriculture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
- A willingness to travel by car throughout regional NSW and QLD
- The ability to work remotely
Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Implements and Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment is a requirement for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
A remuneration package comprising of a healthy base salary around $100,000 will be discussed with the shortlisted candidates and subject to experience. You will also receive an attractive incentive package, company vehicle, phone and laptop.
