Where you’ll be working:
Western NSW is not your average health district.  We’re a place where you can bring your purpose to life, broaden your scope through development & experience, and fast track your career. We value autonomy & responsibility, and will always support you in an inclusive, collaborative and caring team environment.  As leaders in the delivery of virtual care, with innovation and continuous improvement at the heart of all roles, you’ll be part of shaping the future of rural health. It’s not always easy, but it will always be extremely rewarding.

Our focus of growing our own, and with less career competition – that promotion could be yours – accelerating your career way ahead of your metro colleagues.  And as you are paid the same as in the city, the lower cost of living in our region means there is more left over for what you find fun!

Western NSW is a thriving region, where our towns and cities provide similar facilities to metropolitan areas with more time, more space and less stress. Traffic? There’s none out here – your commute is quick and you can spend more time doing the things you love, all while building a rewarding and meaningful career.

Challenge yourself. Make an impact. Shape the future. Work with us at Western NSW Local Health district.
