As a result of recent growth, we are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract in Dubbo. Our Business Analyst’s provide support to the Financial Counselling team.
Using the principles of our philosophy and related policies, you will manage and triage customer enquiries, input and review financial data, process applications for Government assistance and provide high level administrative and technical support.
To be successful in this role you will have:
High level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of people
Previous experience in a support role with general administrative skills and sound financial literacy
Research skills to identify, understand and assist clients with the completion of applications for Government assistance including loans, allowances, grants and subsidies
IT literacy and capability
Life skills and experience to assist in dealing with potential incoming crisis calls
Knowledge of client confidentiality and the sensitive nature of clients personal and financial information
A qualification in Business, Accounting or related discipline – desirable

A remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant commensurate with skills and experience. We are a flexible employer and would be willing discuss individual circumstances. Full time or part time employment will be considered and, there may be an opportunity for employment beyond the initial fixed term.
