GP Synergy is seeking a committed Practice Experience Program (PEP) Administrator who is suitably experienced and who shares our values, to join the PEP team.
Reporting to PEP Administration Manager, the PEP Administrator is an administrative role and a key contact person for all PEP participants across NSW and the ACT. He/she must have developed the requisite knowledge of the program to support and direct participants in their progression through the program. The PEP Administrator triages participant enquiries and provides the necessary advice and information and/or initiates actions to be taken.
The PEP Administrator works with the PEP Administration Manager to support the education team in reviewing, planning, implementing, and monitoring policies and processes that underpin/enhance the PEP program.
The role calls for strong organisational and project management skills, a professional attitude, excellent presentation and customer service skills. The incumbent will require an ability to work to strict deadlines and manage competing priorities.
Good IT skills are essential as is the ability to work independently and outside normal working hours.
Very occasional travel including overnight travel and after-hours duties will be required.
To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that applicants meet the following criteria:
- extensive experience in similar administration role
- experience in project management and demonstrated customer service skills
- relevant qualifications in support of the role. This could be within a variety of fields including administration, management, education.
- a background within a healthcare, education or training environment
- current Drivers Licence (own transport is required).
