- $82.75per hour (casual rate)
- Minimum 1 day per week Monday – Friday (day work only)

Successful candidates will be provided with a scholarship and once you have completed the studies, you will hold the qualification needed to become a Trainer and Assessor with TAFE NSW so that you can teach the skills needed to be successful in your profession.
- Relevant qualifications at diploma level and experience working in a role in one of these areas: Aged Care; Community Care; Diversional Therapy; or in a Community Services setting focused on ageing and/or home-based support OR qualifications and experience assessed through an approved process of RPL/RCC as relevant and equivalent;
- A minimum of two 2 (preference to 3) years work in aged, community or home based support – working with older people, at least part of which has been gained within the last 18 months AND
- Comprehensive current knowledge of the industry and job roles and strong understanding of current trends and diversity within the Aged Care industry
