The role on offer 
Unique and highly rewarding role for a passionate therapist to join our Multi-systemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect (MST-CAN) program. Designed to treat 6-17 year old children, this intensive home-based family preservation program focuses on clinical & practical strategies designed to keep vulnerable families safely together.

Who we are looking for 
The successful applicant will be someone who meets the following criteria:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline (negotiable)
  • Extensive experience and understanding of high-quality risk-assessments for clients and staff/self
  • Communicate and engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to use clinical software packages and the capacity to complete detailed case records
  • Willingness to work hours to suit the needs of the families and MST-CAN model, including the ability to participate in after hours and weekend on call rotating roster
  • Current Australian Driver Licence and the ability to travel for work purposes
