Pinnacle People Solutions (PPS) is a boutique Human Resources (HR) consultancy business, specialising in providing tailored HR management advice and services to regionally based small to medium-sized businesses and the not-for-profit sector. We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Engagement Officer to join our team to help boost our community connections in the Dubbo and Far West Orana Region working with a key government program. This is a fixed term full-time role to June 2025 with the potential to be part-time for the right candidate.
The Engagement Officer will bring a solid background in administration, engagement, and stakeholder management. You will possess a strong knowledge of the local labour market and will use your relationship building skills to create networks within the community and local businesses who employ and support job seekers. You will be responsible for providing secretariat services as well as providing support in engaging and managing stakeholder relationships. A Current Class C Drivers Licence is essential as you will be required to travel within the region from time to time.
