Guest Experience Manager – Dubbo City & Gilgandra Toyota

As the Guest Experience Manager the main focus of your role is to analyse, drive and improve customer satisfaction across all areas of our dealership. You will be our customer service ambassador and play a vital role in guiding the team members in our business to provide an exceptional customer experience by continuously exceeding our customers’ expectations.

Day to day you will interact with our customers face to face, via follow up calls, managing compliments & complaints and actioning any customer feedback received directly or via our customer satisfaction surveys. You will research and analyse information relating to our customer relationships and interactions to design innovative strategies for driving customer satisfaction. Overall, you will champion exceptional customer service and guide, mentor and train our teams on how to deliver the best service possible.

To be successful you must have:

Experience in a leadership position within a customer facing industry
Extensive customer service experience
Outstanding relationship building skills
Sound administrative skills and a high level of computer literacy
Strong interpersonal skills and experience in conflict resolution
Strong analytical skills and experience in process improvement
A high level of grooming standards, maturity and professional demeanour
Experience in training and presenting would be highly regarded
