Integrated Care Directorate

About the role:
This is an exciting position that will lead the strategic and operational teams within the Care in the Community and Collaborative Commissioning strategies. This unique role provides the opportunity to be innovative and lead the development of new and contemporary models care. The position is responsible for the strategic and operational management and leadership of the Integrated Care in the Community and Collaborative Commissioning strategies, ensuring that the agreed priorities, projects and activities are delivered as planned. The Director is responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with various program stakeholders, as well as the financial, activity, workforce, reporting and daily operational management of services provided under the program and strategies.

The Integrated Care Directorate provides a large and diverse range of services within the Community setting, with many provided in partnership with other internal or external stakeholders.  Strategically supporting many of the Community Health Services based within the Operations Directorate, this Directorate also has leadership of several District wide clinical streams.
