We are looking to employ a staff member who can assist providing excellent service to our existing and proposed customers.

Ideally, the applicant would have an interest in transitioning to a lending manager over period of 2 to 3 years.

As a customer service manager the successful candidate would;

  • Provide the first point of contact via emails, Phone calls, and SMS for our business.
  • Assist in the collection and review of documentation from customers in order to support their loan applications.
  • Contact customers to follow up any outstanding requirements in order to support their loan application.
  • Review and maintain existing customer loans to ensure that they are receiving the best product at regular intervals.
  • Make appointments for brokers, and manage their own appointments to assist customers as required.
  • Be willing to travel to our various Central West offices using company provided vehicle.
  • Use our company CRM and email systems as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
