About the role:
The Social Worker, Community Mental Health will provide therapeutic interventions, crisis management, risk assessment and clinical support to the adult population of the Bathurst Catchment Area.

The Adult Community Mental Health team is a multidisciplinary team of professionals from social work, nursing, psychology, occupational therapy and medical backgrounds.  We work closely with family, community organisations, health services and consumers to provide mental health care to our local population.

This is a targeted position in accordance with GSE Rule 26: Employment of eligible persons. Whereby Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply and, where found suitable, will be given higher priority under affirmative action in order to improve access to employment and career opportunities.
