About the role
As a Clinical Pharmacist in the close knit multidisciplinary team at Bathurst Health Service, you will be reviewing patient medications, providing clinical advice and information to nursing and medical staff, as well as helping patients and carers adjust to changes in medicine regimens.

Rotating between clinical areas and the dispensary, those new to Hospital Pharmacy will be supported and mentored in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to regional patients.
