About the role
We have an opportunity for a District Area Manager to be part of our Murray River Police District, Southern Region Command team.
The District Area Manager leads and directs a team in the provision of a range of administrative, human resource and financial support, services and strategies, driving best practice corporate support to facilitate service delivery within the local area.
The position is extremely diverse in nature and is located in Albury on the Victorian border. Due to the geographics of the Police District the successful candidate will be required to undertake work related travel within and external to the Police District.
They will also need to be available to commence the role within a reasonable timeframe of the recruitment process.

Murray River Police District administrative team is spread geographically across two sites and consists of 18 staff. Provide an example of when you have developed a team or unit plan that took into account the teams’ strengths and opportunities, in order to achieve the goals of the organisation.
