Administration Officer – Cardiology Outpatients Clerk

About the role

This permanent full time vacancy is located at the Cardiology Outpatients Department at Orange Health Service. This position includes a 7-day rotating roster, the successful applicant will provide high quality customer service to patients and visitors of the Department.

The role is responsible for a range of clerical and administrative duties related to patient enquiries, admissions, and discharges. This includes, but is not limited to, records management, production and distribution of correspondence, as well as tasks related to patient flow throughout the facility.
