About the Role

 

The Workforce Resourcing Lead, People & Culture will be a valued member and leader of the Workforce Resourcing (recruitment) team. 

The Workforce Resourcing Lead is accountable for delivering high-quality Human Resource (HR) services, assistance, and implementing processes in critical areas such as talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance and development planning. Collaborating closely with the Director of Workforce – People & Culture and the Executive Director of People & Culture, this role is instrumental in advancing the implementation of strategic, transformative, and workforce initiatives. 

 

Some of the duties of this role will include;

  • Guiding, coaching, and supporting the Workforce Resourcing team on workforce planning and resourcing tasks to make sure they provide services effectively on a daily basis.
  • Support hiring managers with job analysis, position descriptions, selection practices, and onboarding processes at AWH.
  • Maintain strong, effective and collaborative partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Employment Type: This is a Fulltime permanent position.

Annualised remuneration: $92,856.4‬ + superannuation + salary packaging
