SS&A Albury is a premium entertainment venue in the heart of the Albury CBD where you will experience excellent hospitality and friendly customer service.

We are seeking motivated and hardworking Chef’s and Cooks to join our Catering team in our fully renovated kitchen. The Catering Team service a bistro for 280 and have the capacity to service functions for up to 360 people.

You will have an uncompromising attitude for food quality, presentation, storage and waste.  You must be flexible and reliable, passionate about food and willing to work collaboratively with all BOH and FOH staff in a fast-paced environment. Asian cooking and function experience is highly desirable.

You must have:

  • The ability to follow instructions with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • The capability and confidence to enforce and uphold service and presentation standards
  • Pride and ownership of your work with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Asian cuisine experience preferred
  • A Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar Club or pub type environment
  • NSW Food Safety Certificate (desirable)
  • NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate (desirable)
  • The flexibility to work a range of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and splits.
