ARASolutions designs, manufactures, & install a series of residential & commercial grade access ramps, handrails & balustrade systems.

We have a bright & busy future with strong sales growth & now need an experienced Territory Sales Manager on a full-time permanent basis to come & join with our team of sales, manufacturing, & logistics employees & assist the business to move to that next level of professionalism & growth.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A positive can-do attitude & be a team player.
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience as an account or sales professional managing existing customer accounts & new customer markets.
  • Proven ability to influence, support, lead, coach, influence & motivate themselves & the broader organisation for positive business outcomes.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in short time frames.
  • Strong customer focus including product & service quality.
  • An eye for continuous improvement in business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to close out a sale.
  • Lateral thinker with practical problem-solving skills & the ability to make sound judgements.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership capabilities are a must. You should be able to inspire, motivate, and lead those around you effectively.

The role is required to:

  • To provide professional business development & customer account management skills & direction to the ARAS business & product streams.
  • To focus on the growth of sales & building relationships in solving customer problems in the local geographical area.
  • To take on a small portfolio of existing customers & focus on growing those relationships as well as identifying new customers & winning new customer business.
  • The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, potential clients, and markets to expand the organisation’s reach, in line with set business growth strategies.
  • The cornerstone of the role is to improve customer service levels on every occasion & provide innovative product solutions based on value to the customer utilising both our standard  & custom designed products.
  • Work with the National Sales Manager to develop & deliver sales targets & forecasts.
  • Be a proactive driver of continuous improvement through the sales processes & assist to improve efficiency in the operations of the organisation.

Your ordinary working hours will be worked between 7.00am and 4.00 pm Mon-Fri.

 

From time to time, you may be required to work reasonable additional hours to meet the requirements of the position.

 

Our remuneration package includes an annual salary of $80,000 plus bonuses, 17.5% leave loading on annual leave, 11% superannuation.
