The Opportunity

We are looking for driven telephone sales people with outstanding relationship building skills to join our friendly team in Albury. You will love speaking to our new and existing customers, identifying growth opportunities and assisting our valued customers with getting the best possible results from their advertising campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in sales and media and have a heap of fun along the way with a great team.

  • Operate in a fast paced environment primarily focusing on selling into our Features and Special Publications
  • Develop strong relationships and provide appropriate support that will continue to delight our valued customers and grow ACM revenue
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes in both revenue and customer experience
  • Strategic planning is a key part of this role, since it is the Consultant’s responsibility to develop and maintain a pipeline of new business coming into applicable mastheads and products for the Features and Special Publication department
  • Onboarding program to give you the tools to succeed and exceed expectations

The successful candidate will have

  • Ability to follow an effective sales process and close deals, including maximising cross selling opportunities across both our print and digital portfolios
  • Personality to put themselves out there and enhance team culture
  • Passion sells, we want people to bring their passion for sales and customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong computer literacy
  • Highly organised with an ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
