Blue Goose Planning Coordination And Counselling

Part-Time position 24 hours per week 

BLUE GOOSE currently provides Plan Management, Support Coordination, Psycho-social Recovery Coaching. The Blue Goose Offices are located in David Street Albury. We are a NDIS registered support coordination and plan management business committed to offering services to our local people.

Essential skills of a Support Coordinator,

  • Have experience in a Support Coordination role, LAC, NDIS Planner or similar experience, or strong evidence showing your knowledge and indirect experience around the Support Coordination role
  • We highly value applicants with lived experience of disability 
  • Effective verbal and written communication and ability to prepare clear and accurate reports and correspondence that are appropriate for the purpose and audience.
  • Strong written and computer skills for the recording of notes, gathering evidence, writing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Ability to plan and manage own workload in a complex environment.
  • High level problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and organisations.
  • A commitment to responsiveness and delivering a truly premium support coordination experience.
  • A current Australian driver’s license 
  • Must be based locally 
  • Have access to reliable vehicle.
  • Able to successfully pass probity checks: International Police Check if relevant, Working with Children Check both NSW and VIC, NDIS Worker Screening Check
