Your New Opportunity

An excellent opportunity exists for a Service & Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team where the successful candidate will provide administration support to our busy service & warranty team. Your day will include:

  • Computing costs, maintaining bill of materials and calculating rates for parts and service
  • Compiling data, computing fees and producing accurate invoices in a timely manner
  • Ensuring customer service matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records for all warranty work and repair orders ensuring that warranty / replacement parts are stored as per manufacturer / customer requirements
  • Greeting our customers in a friendly and welcoming manner as this position is the frontline of our service department.
  • Invoicing and repair orders to be processed in a timely manner to the customer and suppliers.
  • Build and develop Customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are being met, and services are developed to meet the future needs of the customer. Being seen as the first line in resolving customer enquiries and or service issues
  • Ensure that Safe Working Practices are adhered to, in accordance with our WH&S Policy.

About You

  • You are a seasoned administrator with a great work ethic and have at minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel).
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to communicate information in a positive manner, ie clear, logical, helpful, and prompt to both clients and fellow employees.
  • An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • You have the ability to work autonomously and are also a good team player who values the importance of collaboration by sharing skills and wins with the team.
