Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Permanent Part-time position

Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and email queries
  • Data Entry 
  • Providing Administrative support to management 
  • General office admin tasks 

Must Have:

  • Strong computer skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in MYOB ( preferred but not essential )

This role will be required 2 days a week- Thursday & Friday offering 15hrs with the opportunity to fill in for leave from time to time.
