About Spiire

We are an integrated team of passionate civil engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, town planners, urban designers, water engineers, digital specialists and visual media artists providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors. Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.

The Opportunity

Supporting our teams across multiple projects, this role will see you managing the administration requirements for Project Managers and their teams along with providing efficient office support. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining registers, record keeping
  • Working with the quality assurance team to understand and assist with governance obligations
  • Contributing to effective document control processes
  • Generating claims through the construction process
  • Support with project meetings including organising, taking notes and issuing meeting minutes
  • Project setup and file maintenance
  • Supporting and enhancing consistent digital file management


About You

This would be the ideal role for someone looking to gain hands on experience in a professional services, project management and consultancy environment. The role will see you gaining valuable experience associated with professions such as document control, project management, business administration, planning or cost control. To be successful, you will demonstrate;

  • Self-motivation, with proven communication skills
  • Pride in your organisational skills
  • Intrinsic strengths in attention to detail
  • A flair for managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Qualifications and/or previous experience in business administration or similar
  • Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Financial acumen will be highly regarded
