With a team of over 30 people, Sign Effects is one of the region’s premium printing, signage, and brand development providers with manufacturing facilities in both Wodonga and Wangaratta.

 

We are currently seeking a sales consultant to join our Wodonga Team.

 

With a focus on retail branding, you will use your creative flair to sell the company’s services and products in line with budget and business objectives, providing new and existing clients with amazing, branded solutions for all their graphics and signage needs.

 

To be successful in this role you will manage and grow your sales portfolio including large scale brand transformations, boutique business creatives, event branding, retail signage, vehicle and wall wraps that bring the customer’s creative aspirations to life.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop profitable new business opportunities to achieve budgetary and business plan objectives.
  • Seek and investigate new opportunities to extend and expand services through existing client base and newly sourced opportunities including B2B and tenders for larger works.
  • Own all aspects of the customer relationship including call plans, timeline management, project deliverables, and administrative duties in line with customer expectations and business processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate specification of works and costings in line with company policy and internal processes.
  • Respond to sales leads and opportunities promptly.
  • Assist clients in building retail brand presence which ensures consistent branding is adhered to across all their physical retail assets. Including but not limited to signage, lighting, advertising, retail frontage, promotional, corporate fit outs, vehicle wrapping, safety, site, and wayfinding.
  • Conduct on site visits including inspections and measurements as required.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive optimal customer service outcomes.
  • Report on; sales activity, customer and competitor activity, safety and site access issues, KPI’s, and other requirements as requested.

 

Key Criteria

  • 3-5 years prior and demonstrated sales or account management growth experience.
  • Brand and asset management or Signage Industry knowledge (desirable not essential).
  • Commercial management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Critical thinking and decision making.
  • High-level problem solving.
  • Go Getter.
