Everyday Independence

We are looking for a team member who is passionate about customer service and relationship building with experience working in a health, disability or a community setting very advantageous.  You will bring your ability, enthusiasm and energy to work in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment to deliver a client focus whilst also managing relationships with multiple referral agencies being essential to the role.

You will also provide support to our Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.

What do you need?

  • 2–3 years experience in administration with customer service and relationship building skills
  • Experience with scheduling or rostering and calendar management
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of skill in managing our client database and practice administration system (experience with Sales Force is advantageous)
  • Take personal responsibility for participant satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations
