MacJac Sheds is a family-owned business operating in the Albury-Wodonga area incorporating North East Victoria and Southern Riverina regions. They have been providing our local area premium steel protection for 20 years. They are currently looking for a new Office Manager to join our team.

The Office Manager is responsible for producing financial reports & forecasts, for developing and delivering on financial strategies.

The Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing exceptional customer service. They must possess strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The successful candidate will have experience in the following, but is not limited to:

  • Payroll
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Working knowledge of BAS & ATO lodgments
  • Contract creation and handling.
  • Council applications
  • Financial performance review
  • Identify business improvement opportunities
  • Design and deliver budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the Director, and team
