About Network Assurance

Our Network Assurance Team has joined the Customer and Commercial Team and we have a number of new roles we are recruiting for across the state, commencing with the Network Assurance Supervisor.

Customer and Commercial are leading several exciting projects that involve new ways of working to allow us to be safer, smarter and more efficient, and to better serve our customers and communities.

About the role

We are recruiting for a Network Assurance Supervisor to join our Network Assurance Team.

As Network Assurance Supervisor you will responsible for leading, managing and mentoring a multi-disciplined team of technical professionals in the provision of services and processes related to contestable and non-contestable inspection/audit processes, Revenue Risk, and Power Quality investigations.

You will be further responsible for the operational and performance management of the Network Assurance Team ensuring all activities and processes are performed in accordance with relevant standards, policies and procedures.

This role can be based anywhere within the Southern part of New South Wales, from Burgona in the west to Bombala in the East and everywhere in between! You will be working from home in a hybrid work environment.

About You

You are a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the Construction, Energy/Electrical or Utilities industry and have successfully led a multi-disciplined team in delivering functional activities related to inspection/audit processes, Revenue Risk, and Power Quality investigations.

You have a strong track record of analysing data and developing business case recommendations, proposals and budgets to address operational issues and improvements. Along with a strong understanding of commercial considerations and risk management principles, and have developed and implemented policies and processes to drive continuous improvement opportunities and manage revenue risk.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma level qualifications in Business Management, People Management or Program Management or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications
  • Minimum Certificate IV Technical qualifications related to the Electricity Supply Industry, or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications
  • Or Advanced Diploma Applied Electrical Engineering (Power Industry) qualification or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications Drivers Licence
  • White Card – Safe Work NSW Induction for Construction Work.


  • Electrical Trade Supervisor Certificate
  • Project Management and/or Business Administration qualifications
  • Auditing qualifications/certifications
  • Electrical Supply Industry Qualification (line worker/cable jointer).
