NDIS Support Coordinator
As a NDIS Support Coordinator, you will play an instrumental in supporting people wishing to access services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The NDIS Support Coordinator works closely with scheme participants, families and carers to assist them to: understand their NDIS plan; identify and choose service providers and services which will help them to achieve their goals; connect with and participate in the community; and develop skills and capacity in self-management.
The NDIS Support Coordinator will work with adults, young people and children with a range of disabilities, and their families and carers across our service delivery region – helping them to make the most of their NDIS plan, and to achieve their goals.
