innovate Health Albury is located in the heart of Albury.

innovate Health Albury’s open hours are  7am – 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am-8pm Saturday & 8am – 4pm Sunday. The innovation Health model brings the latest in healthcare to meet the patients needs with IT integration, flexible appointment times, comprehensive services but also to GP’s with different ways in which to ‘see’ their patients, and nursing support around the clock. There are a number of Allied Health professionals that are also on our team including Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and other Allied Health & Specialist services.

About The Role

We have an opening in our amazing reception team. The role is casual with an opportunity to move to permanent part time in the future should the candidate wish to do so. The shifts available will vary with AM, PM and weekend shifts all on offer. The candidate must be reliable and a team player. 

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Meet and greet patients and visitors
  • Ensuring the reception and waiting areas remain presentable
  • Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently
  • Working well as part of the team
  • Manage phone enquiries and appointment questions
  • Schedule appointments and patient billing
  • Liaising with the whole team throughout the practice.
  • General administration duties (scanning, filing, etc.)
  • Collect and enter patient details into the system
  • Supporting the whole team to ensure a smooth running practice

The reception team report to the Practice Manager


Essential Criteria:

  • Medical reception experience preferred
  • Must provide current drivers license
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Experience with Best Practice Software is preferred
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
