Selection Criteria:

  • An understanding of and the ability to commit to the ideals of Catholic Education in our school and school community.
  • Up to date knowledge of NESA requirements for Stage 4, 5 and 6 courses
  • Demonstrated experience and/or the ability and willingness to teach Senior subjects.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with students and staff.
  • Experience as a classroom practitioner with high learning expectations and a passion for delivering high quality lessons.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing development and continual improvement of pedagogical practices.
  • Experience and willingness to collaborate and contribute to dynamic learning teams committed to improving the learning growth of all students.
  • Willingness to provide support to our Diverse Learning Team, to support student Learning outcomes and build the capacity of staff who teach our students in this space.
  • Willingness to provide instructional strategies and curriculum adjustments.
  • The ability to work as part of and contribute to high performing and hard working teams.
