Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Manager to oversee our Lifestyle and Learning Programs. In this role, you will provide operational leadership and oversight to all of Aspire’s Lifestyle and Learning Services. Through your teams, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, person-centered support to our customers, their carers, and families. Additionally, you will focus on fostering the growth of our teams and promoting professional development opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective operational leadership and oversight to Lifestyle and Learning Services. 
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered support to customers, carers and families. 
  • Foster the growth and development of our workforce through team building and professional development initiatives. 
  • Support the delivery of Individual Support programs, Group Programs, and Youth Programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Disability, Education, Social Work (or related field preferred) and Leadership and Management.
  • Proven 3 – 5 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and drive quality outcomes.
