About the Role

This is a full-time position for an Internal Sales person who is interested in building a career in the rapidly expanding Hydronic Heating, Cooking and Hot Water industry.   

We require someone who can provide excellent customer service, has a natural aptitude for sales, can work in a close team environment, and has a strong work ethic. 

Specific technical training is provided however good computer skills and common sense are important.

This is a rewarding position that offers a bright future in a growing  industry.

 

 To be successful in this role you will:

  • have good presentation with clear and succinct communication skills
  • be friendly and have a professional manner
  • Be able to listen to the customer, assess their needs and offer a solution that delivers the required outcome
  • have the ability to work unsupervised and think on your feet
  • previous experience in sales will be highly considered 
  • show a stable work history and willingness to learn.

 Plumbing industry experience will be advantageous but not essential.

 

Tasks & responsibilities

Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers

  • Understand and communicate our products unique benefits and applications to  existing and potential customers
  • Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs
  • Supporting Sales team with dealer network and direct sales.
  • Providing Sales support, invoicing, processing orders, managing general enquiries. 
  • Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers 
  • Managing phone and front office/showroom enquiries in a polite and professional manner
