Elders Insurance Wodonga & Murray Goulburn has been a part of the local community for over 20 years and currently has an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Sales Support Officer.


This position offers a development opportunity with potential for career progression with a leading Elders Insurance franchise. A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

The role

We are looking for a new SALES SUPPORT OFFICER to add value to our already successful team, in a full-time capacity.  The successful applicant will be fully trained and mentored in company practices. 

Duties include:

  • Processing insurance quotations, new business, renewals & claims management.
  • Office administration, telephone enquiries and credit control.



To be successful in this role you must be able to:

  • Display a high level of computer literacy and accuracy with data input.
  • Have good communication skill and organisational skills.
  • Obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances.
  • Obtain or have already Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance.


You will also have the following qualities: 

  • Be able to work closely within a team environment.
  • An eye for detail, self-motivation & the ability to work without supervision.
  • A willingness and a desire to learn.
  • Reliability.
