Join us as a Hub Lead, a key leadership role within our operations team. As a Hub Lead, you will be at the forefront of operational excellence, championing best practices in service delivery, and fostering team growth. Your leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring our teams are engaged, efficient, and continually advancing in their roles. 
As the Hub Lead you will: 

  • Use your expertise and experience to elevate the skills of your team 
  • Help steer organisation changes that will help us evolve and deliver even greater impacts for our NDIS participants 
  • Empower your team to deliver their best work under a social model of therapy 
  • Grow your skills supporting people with different personalities and skills 
  • Share your knowledge with less experienced team members to support their development 
  • Provide clinical leadership and share your knowledge to support therapists to deliver high quality support under a social model of disability 

Your Everyday 

  • Facilitated a weekly team meeting with the practitioners and administrators at your Hub ensuring all team members speak up and are engaged
  • Used your experience as an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist or Key Worker to deliver therapy within your discipline, bringing your client’s hopes and dreams to life using social model of therapy 
  • Attended a monthly strategic meeting for your Hub with Marketing and People and Culture to determine the approach for the next 4 weeks
  • Spoke on the phone with a practitioner who required on the spot coaching about a situation with a participant
  • Met with your Therapy Mentors (clinical supervisors) and the administration team to determine the caseload of the team members who are starting next week
  • Organised a professional development workshop for your team to attend in a few weeks
  • Collected the data for the Hub to discuss with your Leader 
  • Worked with your Area Lead and State Lead to meet demand for our services.

Our Hub Leads are: 

  • Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists or Key Workers 
  • Natural leaders, preferably with experience in the disability sector 
  • Empathetic and understanding 
  • Change agents looking support NDIS participants to reach their goals and dreams 
  • Team builders with great interpersonal skills 
  • Committed to developing themselves and the people around them 
  • Experienced leaders within the allied health sector (minimum 3 years in a leadership role)
