About the Role

AWH Food Services has an exciting opportuntiy for an experinced Head Chef to Join our Team on  a Full Time Permanenet role (Monday to Friday )

In this busy, diverse and challenging role you will deliver exceptional service to our patients, staff and visitors ensuring their Hotel Services experince is to the highest standard.

As the Head Chef you will:

 

          join a passionate team of hospitality staff striving to deliver excellence in food nutrition catering to individual and diverse needs.

          – Take pride in creating a tasty and healthy meals for our patients.

          – Be an ideal team player. 

          – Take great pride in preparing and delivering appropriately nutritious food to the higest quality and service standards in line with AWH Food Safety Plan and Principles.

          – Uses attention to food handling and hygiene standards and the ability to ensure menus are followed and can cater to diverse individual needs.

          – Train and mentor cooks team to the expected standards

          – Take part in internal, external audits, menu planning, ordering, budget planning, EOY stock takes and compliance management. 

          – Reporting to the Food Services Manager, the Head Chef will be abided to follw FSP, AWH Code Of Coduct, complying with Food Safety Act and other position related tasks. 

          

Employment Type: This is a Full Time Permanent Role- (Monday to Friday)
