Sodens Hotel is seeking an experienced and dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and will report to the Venue Manager and Licensee. 

What we are looking for:

  • You possess experience in a similar role with bar, bistro, gaming room and TAB operations
  • You have strong communication skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Experience in handling the various challenges and scenarios that might arise in a pub environment
  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • You hold a valid NSW RSA and RCG certificate
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to manage the unique demands of night and weekend hours
  • A proactive problem solver, adept at handling unexpected challenges swiftly and professionally
  • Willingness to open and close the Hotel across a 7 day roster
