We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Part time Finance Administration Officer. This role is perfect for someone who is flexible, driven, and eager to learn.

Your new role

Schedule: 3 days a week, offering flexibility for the right person to accommodate study commitments or other interests. Potential to grow into a full-time role in the future.

Variety of Tasks: Embrace a role that offers diversity. Your responsibilities will span different areas of finance administration, allowing you to build a well-rounded skill set.  

Key Tasks will include:

  • Bank reconciliations, 
  • Assisting with month end, 
  • Property management duties, 
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable,
  • Liaising with the finance team, the wider business, suppliers and clients,
  • Ad hoc finance and administration duties as required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Suitable for current university student or recently completed, or current Administration/Finance Officer. 
  • Background and experience which indicates your capacity to work autonomously, and tackle problems proactively while working effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong skills in organising, prioritising, and multi-tasking to meet deadlines with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous exposure to ERP or large accounting systems, coupled with  proficiency in Excel will be beneficial.
