The 90 bed fully accredited Aged Care facility is based in the Albury/Wodonga region. The Clinical Manager will lead a passionate Aged Care team that are focused on delivering high-quality care.

About the role:
The Clinical Manager will report into the Facility Manager and will support, train and mentor the clinical team that meets the high standards of quality of care and individual needs of the residents.


  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including ACFI funding and Quality policy protocols.
  • Show an ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision.
  • Interpret work within the relevant policy guidelines

Skills and experience:

  • Bachelors qualifications in Health, Welfare, Nursing or Social Sciences
  • Experience in Aged Care accreditation and the clinical standards, dementia and challenging behaviours
  • Experience in working closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience managing a team
