MP Training and Recruitment are a Training and Recruitment business that has been supporting employers and employees within the Albury/Wodonga region for over 20 years. MP Training and Recruitment are now a division of The Personnel Group.

As a Business Trainee, you will play a vital role in our organisation. You will support the MP Training and Recruitment division to drive great outcomes for our customers by providing professional administrative assistance to the whole team.

A typical day or week will include:

  • Greet our clients and act as the first point of contact to our service, either face to face or on the phone
  • Maintaining office presentation including light cleaning duties
  • Provide administrative support to the team to enable staff to focus on recruitment and training activities.
  • Support payroll and clients to submit accurate payroll information by the required deadlines.
  • Assist with the organising of interviews and other recruitment/onboarding activities as requested such as medicals, police, and compliance checks. 
  • Ensure all stakeholders are provided with professional information and guidance by delivering a professional support service to the site.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a 12-month traineeship in Cert III Business Administration.

Local travel is required for this role, a driver’s licence is essential. Employment is confirmed upon return of a successful National Police Check and a Working with Children’s Check.

This position is available for an immediate start for applicants who are eligible for a traineeship (ie. have not previously completed a certificate 3, or 4 in any discipline in the last 7 years)
