About the Role
  
This role is an entry-level position focused on providing administrative and business support. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries in person and over the phone, directing clients to appropriate services, and managing administrative tasks. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, and the role plays a vital part in ensuring clients receive the assistance they need in accessing housing services.
  
Key accountabilities include:

  • Provide a range of routine administrative activities to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the team that support delivery of services to customers.
  • Gather and process business information in accordance with standards and guidelines to ensure flow, accuracy and confidentiality of business information.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of administrative systems to ensure that business systems operate effectively.
  • Use relevant technology to prepare documentation and presentation material to support business unit managers and directors.
  • Scheduling Client Service Visits/administrative tasks for client service officers
  • Manage business unit filing systems in accordance with standards and guidelines, by creating, storing, retrieving and tracking files to ensure the accurate and safe storage of information

About You

  • Experience providing outstanding customer service
  • Experience maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role
